Deliveries and returns


Delivery is free.

Your items will be shipped within 4 days of receipt of payment excluding weekends and public holidays.

Your orders will be shipped by La Poste with tracking.

Please note that customers are responsible for customs clearance and customs fees for all orders outside the European Union.

If the order is not picked up or the customs charges are not refunded, the buyer will be responsible for returning the goods to origin and any other additional costs.


For health and safety reasons, all sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, with the exception of faulty items.


All of our items are quality checked and checked for any defects before being dispatched to customers. For defective items, please email immediately.

Details of exchange requests for defective items should be directed to, within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide us with your order number and your name. We will contact you on how to process the return as soon as possible.

LA PETITE FILLE CHANTILLY will consider each request on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it unsatisfactory.

Items are strictly exchangeable once and within the limits of available stocks. Items must be intact with original box and original receipt.

We deserve the right to refuse your request if the jewelry has been scratched, stained or corroded by makeup or perfume. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. LA PETITE FILLE CHANTILLY reserves the right to refuse exchange requests.

Please do not send any jewelry back to us prior to prior approval by email.

LA PETITE FILLE CHANTILLY will not be responsible for returned goods, lost returns, and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays.

In the event of non-delivery or loss of the return package by the Customer's Courier, it is the Customer's responsibility to claim compensation from the chosen Courier.
